
Weight Loss: What worked for me

Since this time last year, I have been able to drop about 40lbs which combined with more
consistent training on the bike has made me a much faster and more competitive cyclist. Several times now I've been asked what I did to lose weight. So I've put together a list of things that I changed and believe have contributed to my weight loss.
